Halloween events around London and at Palmers Lodge
Spooky ghost walks, bloodthirsty stories and a zombie apocalypse will be set to overrun London this Halloween. With loads of horrifying Halloween events, London will give you the scariest and most terrifying Halloween ever. Here’s a list of the most affordable Halloween events around London, where zombies will only eat your brains and not your money.
In The Ship, a pub in Kennington Road, the ghouls and ghosties are coming out for their Halloween party on Saturday 26th October. Brain digging, themed cocktails and dressing up are all part of this party at the traditional London pub.
If you like hip hop and R&B the “For The Love Of Mic: Dead Rappers Special” will be your fright night out this Halloween. If you attend before 10pm on Friday 25th October you will be part of this gruesome party for only £4 where you can win free drinks for the best hip hop Halloween fancy dress.
Another music based Halloween party takes place on November 1st at the Village Underground featuring several DJs. Soundcrash Halloween is an audio visual party where fright night will be celebrated with a heavyweight line-up. You can be part of this horror night of visual wonders for £17.50.
Some other music inspired events will take place at The Earl Derby (free), Boxpark (free), Hidden Nightclub (£5), Love and Liquor (£10) and Oval Space (£17.50). Make sure you beat the outbreak and avoid a zombie infection so you can join in one of these haunting events.
All over London witches, skeletons and ghosts will make sure you will be terrified this Halloween. For those who want a little more adventure and who have nerves of steel will dare to hear the stories of witchcraft, grisly executions and visit the pirate’s grave in High Barnet for a creepy £8. Another creepy event will take place at the Queens Walk gate, by Green Park tube station, Piccadilly. Here you will be guided past ghost-ridden palaces, haunted trees, headless phantoms and plague legends of Green Park and St James Park. For only £5 this 1 hour tour will end in the pub for Ghost Night.
A combination of fancy dressed zombies, beer pong and a tantalising cocktail of gamin’, boozin’ and finger-lickin’ food is the recipe for the Pop Up Ping Pong’s Halloween special. At King’s Road you can enter for £10 in this fun time partying horror event.
Here at Palmers Lodge, we’re hosting our own spooky event. Both Swiss Cottage and Hillspring Lodge will be putting on a monster of a party, with a free Halloween shot for everyone at the bar. Come dressed costume – the winner with the best costume gets a free dinner. There will be wings and masks for everyone else. The bar is open from 6pm.
