UPDATE: MARCH 18TH 2020
We are currently receiving a high number of messages, so our response rate is not as fast as usual. We are working hard, reading and replying to everyone and will respond in time.
Thank you for your patience.
If you’re planning on travelling in the upcoming months, you will probably be aware of the recent outbreak of COVID-19 (Coronavirus). Here are some top tips on how to stay safe whilst on the road:
How to avoid Coronavirus?
- Regularly wash your hands thoroughly (for 20 second) with an alcohol-based hand rub or hot soap and water
- Keep your distance from people who are coughing or sneezing
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Make sure you, and the other people around you, are covering their mouth and nose with a tissue when they sneeze, dispose of the tissue straight away and then wash your hands. This will help stop the virus from spreading.
What to do if you feel unwell
- If you have a fever, cough and difficulty breathing make sure to seek medical advice early. In the UK you can contact NHS 111 by dialling 111 or heading to their website.
- Follow the advice of your health care professional and avoid public spaces with large crowds of people.
