Celebratory drink on us on the night, and we’ll refund the qualifying birthday night after your stay.
Terms & Conditions
- The guest must turn 20 years old during their stay.
- A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.
- The birthday must fall within the stay dates.
- If the birthday falls on the departure day, the final night (the night prior to check-out) will qualify.
- The promotion applies to one night only (the qualifying birthday night).
- The promotion is valid only for a single bed in a dormitory room.
- Not valid for private rooms (including Twin, Double, or Triple rooms).
- Not valid for entire dormitory bookings (private dorm hire).
- The promotion does not apply to group reservations.
- All bookings must be prepaid in full in line with standard booking policies.
- The refund for the qualifying night will be processed after:
- Verification of a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in, and
- The qualifying night has been stayed and consumed.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows, cancellations, or unused nights.
- The offer applies only to the guest whose birthday it is and is non-transferable.
- Valid for direct bookings only via palmerslodge.uk.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- The complimentary drink is non-transferable, has no cash value, and may be substituted at the hotel’s discretion.
- A limited number of promotional redemptions are available. Once fully redeemed, the offer will no longer be available.
- The following dates are excluded from the promotion:
- 15, 16, 17 and 30 August 2026
- 20 and 21 September 2026
- 31 October 2026
- 30, 31 December 2026 and 1, 2 January 2027
